The legendary pop star posted on social media that he was “appalled” that more artists had not come out and condemned Ye’s comments. Boy George said that he was “appalled” that Kim Kardashian” had not come out and “added her voice” as she had children with Ye. He said that she should understand how little Jewish children felt, when they heard the “f*****g comments” from Kanye and “how demoralising and terrifying it must be” for them, as she was a mother.

He was emotional as he recounted how he had experienced “years of prejudice” as a gay man. He said that doing the same thing to others based on “their race or their color or their sexuality or their gender” was appalling to him and it “should be appalling” to Kim Kardashian, as well.
The Culture Club singer, who is a British pop legend, had faced a lot of prejudice in the eighties when it was extremely difficult for gay people to come due to prejudice as well as harassment.
Few celebrity stars who have called out Kanye West for his prejudices as well as anti-semitic comments include Amy Schumer, Jamie Lee Curtis, David Schwimmer and others.
Global business giants such as JP Morgan Chase have asked him to bank elsewhere. Gap is no longer in partnership with the celebrity rapper’s clothing and shoe brand Yeezy and Adidas has put the partnership under review.
Super agent and Endeavor co-CEO, Ari Emmanuel, who is Jewish, wrote an op-ed in the Financial Times asking Apple, Spotify and Adidas to stop working with Kanye. Earlier, Ye had also said that the music industry and the media had targeted him and called it “Jewish media mafia.”
Celebrities from media and finance have called for dropping the rapper. However, he seems to be making more inroads with the far-right.
