Sam Asghari, the 27-year old actor and boyfriend of Britney Spears, is ready to take the next step forward in his four-year relationship with Britney Spears.

In a recent interview with Forbes, the actor and fitness coach spoke of his relationship and his future goals. He said that he wanted to take his acting career to the next step. He added that he wanted to take the next step with his relationship as well and was ready to be a “young dad.”

Britney has two children with her ex-husband, backup dancer Kevin Federline. They were married between 2004 and 2007. They have two sons together: Sean, 15 and Jayden 14.

Asghari also said that he had met Spears in 2016. He was the leading man in her Slumber Party video. He said that the then 39-year old Spears had selected him for the role. He said that he was not aware of who was shooting as it had been kept as a secret and he had turned up for the shooting with a friend and the rest is history.

In February Hulu released a documentary “The New York Times Presents: Framing Britney Spears.” The documentary revealed the tragic aspects of her life and career as well as her legal battle against the conservatorship offered to her father, whom she accuses of mismanaging her affairs.

A few days after the documentary aired, Spears’ boyfriend also shared his thoughts about his girlfriend’s father James Spears on Instagram.

Asghari wrote that it was important for people to understand that he had zero respect for the person who had been trying to control his relationship with his girlfriend and had constantly placed obstacles in their way. He said that he won’t divulge details as he had respect for the couple’s privacy.

However, he said that at the same time he “didn’t come to this country not to be able to express my opinion and freedom.
