California attorney Sara King is charged with stealing more than $10 million to pay for a buying extravaganza in Las Vegas, Nevada. When Kamran Pahlavi, the grandson of Iran’s Princess Ashraf and King’s second husband, first encountered King, she was a Republican attorney from California who drove a Rolls-Royce and advertised herself as a rising star. They reportedly met in 2018 and were married in 2022.
According to royalty Pahlavi, King is accused of robbing hundreds of thousands of former friends and business partners over the past few years, as well as millions from a company held by one of his friends.

This month, a British Virgin Islands-based business, LDR International Limited, Pahlavi’s friend’s company, filed a lawsuit against King, alleging that she stole $10 million from the business and wasted it on gambling in Las Vegas. She asserted that the debts to third parties would generate substantial returns and that they were backed by assets, such as professional sports contracts. The pictures posted looked as if the company was related to athletes.
According to records, King has been sued several times in relation to unpaid debts, but it does not appear that she has responded to the court action. The State Bar of California’s website shows the King Reuben law firm’s location but not its phone number, fax number, email address, or website.
Pahlavi, within a year of their wedding, petitioned for divorce in the Los Angeles Superior Court in December, citing irreconcilable differences. He said that she “betrayed” and “lied” to him, “stole” from him, and “embarrassed” and “humiliated” him. Pahlavi claimed that she began texting abusively as soon as he terminated their relationship.
She was also accused of stealing her family’s funds, according to trauma surgeon Amal Obaid-Schmid, who treated King’s father. George Paoulos, who claimed to have invested $125,000 in King’s company, King Family Lending, also filed a lawsuit against her. In September, a financial leasing business filed a lawsuit against King and her law firm, alleging that they were owed $300,000 in connection with her lease of a 2019 Rolls-Royce Dawn.

In an April lawsuit, King’s first ex-husband alleged that she had used a false signature to obtain a $250,000 loan secured by their house, resulting in the filing of a notice of default “as a consequence of the fraudulent loan remaining unpaid.”
King has been reportedly frequenting Las Vegas after her relationship with Pahlavi ended. It is alleged that the city is the best location to find individuals “willing to pay 10% a month in interest for a short-term loan.”
