Canada Court Google –

Canada’s top court upholds a sweeping injunction against Google’s ability to display commercial content. The court found in favor of Equustek, rejecting Google’s argument that the right to freedom of expression should have prevented the order from being issued.

Now Canada is requiring that Google de-index infringing sites–what Google swore would “break the Internet” and “stifle innovation” in the SOPA debates.

Comments is not registered as an investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Rather, relies upon the “publisher’s exclusion” from the definition of investment adviser as provided under Section 202(a)(11) of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and corresponding state securities laws.
