Celebrity singer Beyoncé has confirmed that she will be on a summer tour in 2023, to promote her seventh album Renaissance. The singer announced the tour in a subtle manner tickets were auctioned for the upcoming tour at a charity auction, on Saturday October 22. It was hosted by her mother and step-father.
A charity auction fundraiser called the Wearable Art Gala, to support Where Art Can Occur Theater Centre (WACO), took place on Saturday. It was hosted by Tina Knowles-Lawson (Beyoncé’s mother) and Richard Lawson (her stepfather) in Santa Monica, California. It was attended by the celebrity couple Beyoncé and Jay-Z and their daughter, Blue Ivy and many other celebrities.
Posts on social media showed that one of the items auctioned at the charity event was “a concert ticket package.” The listing that appeared onscreen at the event read, “Concert Ticket Package. Valued at a total of $20,000, United x Waco offers you a chance to see Beyonce on her Renaissance Tour starting in the Summer of 2023 at any one of United’s national and international destinations around the world.”
Other details also emerged of the offer that contained not only 2 First-Class airlines tickets to select destinations but also 3-day accommodation at a Marriott property as well as a guided backstage tour with Miss Tina.

Although the social media post shows a bid for $45,000, one report said that the final bid was $50,000 for two lucky fans, while another said that it went for $150,000. The celebrity star auctioneer was Star Jones, alum of The View.
Beyoncé paid tribute to the gala’s theme which was celebrating Harlem in the twenties to the fifties. The multiple-Grammy award winner wore a black satin Gucci strapless dress. The white-sequined bustier had two Texas-style stars. Her hair was done up in big bouncy curls and she added hot pink gloves to complete the look.
Fans, who finally received confirmation that Beyoncé will on tour in Summer 2023, were very excited. Some of them might have already started making arrangements to watch her live in her Renaissance tour next year, after confirmation clips appeared on social media.
