Dua Lipa has become the first celebrity star to collaborate with fashion house Versace. The New Rules singer and the 45-year-old brand unveiled the first collaboration in the La Vacanza women’s collection. The Grammy winner and the iconic fashion house focused on designs for beachwear. Popular models and Dua Lipa herself have modeled fashion pieces from the collection.
Both Dua Lipa and Donatella Versace shared their experience and happiness about the collaboration and web fans poured in their admiration for the designer collection and the talented deisgner/celebrity singer. Dua Lipa has added a disco twist to the collection that has mainly been inspired by the late designer Gianni Versace.

Dua Lipa appeared on the cover of the Summer Issue for DAZED. She wore an outfit from the new collection. It consisted of a pink halter top paired with a blue chain miniskirt and accessorized with a gold chain belt that had a Medusa logo. Her jewelry also included blue earrings.

She described her collaboration with Versace and told the outlet that it was “one of the very rare occasions where I work with someone, and it really is exactly how you envision it.”
In a release Donatella Versace said that they were a “perfect pairing” as “Dua loves Fashion, I love Music—we are the perfect duo” and more.

After her one-of-a-kind collaboration with Versace, pop princess Dua Lipa may also be considered as a high fashion princess by her web fans. The celebrity singer has previously released collections with popular brands including Pepe Jeans and Puma.
The La Vacanza collection consists of colorful clothes including some in Barbie pink, a popular summer look. Designs include butterfly embellished polka dots as well shimmering metallics and disco style silhouettes. Some of the summer collections are available in psychedelic prints reminiscent of the strobe lights seen in discos.
