In this episode, Nadia guides Richard Madden’s character, Mason Kane, as he meets a crime boss named Balduino Basto, played by Sen Monro, in Morocco. During their encounter with the crime boss, Nadia allegedly instructs the other character to make a provocative statement, a sexual innuendo naming “the Duchess of Cambridge!”
At the time of filming the first season of “Citadel,” Middleton still held the title of Duchess of Cambridge, even though she had been named the Princess of Wales following Queen Elizabeth II’s passing in September.
