Fashion house Dolce & Gabbana recently held a 4-day fashion extravaganza in Sicily. The Alta Moda extravaganza saw a firmament filled with hundreds of celebrity stars and others who wore gowns or outfits from the designer label.

The Mediterranean sea crashed against the rocks but was outdone by celebrity singer Ciara’s performance. Dolce & Gabbana is celebrating 10 years of its Alta Moda client list. In 2012, there were 100 clients for this exclusive, made-to-measure label. Now there are 750 clients in their list including celebrity actors, actresses, billionaires and more.
