Celebrity Tiger Woods has been sued by his ex-girlfriend Erica Herman. Her lawyers, who filed a suit in Florida, want a judge to cancel a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) that she had signed, citing a new law. Another lawsuit filed by her said that she is owed around $30 million and that she had been locked out of a Florida home that she had shared with the superstar golfer.

The outlet also reported that the civil suit was filed in a court in Martin County, Florida on Monday. Tiger Woods and Erica Herman lived together as a couple, in a home close by. The suit stated that the earlier NDA was “invalid and unenforceable” after the passage of the Speak Out Act, which limits the enforcement of an NDA, when there is sexual assault or harassment. President Joe Biden signed this act into law in December 2022.
Her lawyers have said that Ms. Herman was “currently unsure what other information about her own life she may discuss or with whom.”
According to BBC News, their request for comment from a representative of Tiger Woods, Mark Steinberg did not receive a reply.

Ms. Herman’s attorney Benjamin Hodas also did not respond, when asked for comment.
It is not known when the couple broke up as there has been no formal announcement. Erica Herman, who was seen with Tiger for the past six years, has not been seen with him since last August. She had been by his side when he suffered from a horrific accident that almost derailed his golfing career.

Earlier in October, Erica Herman had filed a lawsuit against a homestead trust that is held by Tiger Woods. BBC reports that documents seen by them claim that she was “locked out of her residence” in Hobe Sound, Florida, by trickery of his agents and more.
