Ingredients:
– 1 pound broccoli sprouts
– 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1 cup sour cream
– 1/2 cup mayonnaise
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for topping)
– Cooking spray

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

2. In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until smooth.

3. Add the broccoli sprouts, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese to the bowl with the sour cream mixture. Mix until everything is evenly coated.

4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

5. If desired, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the casserole.

6. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.

7. After 25 minutes, remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the casserole is heated through.

8. Once done, remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

9. Serve the Broccoli Sprouts, Bacon, and Cheese Casserole hot as a side dish or a main course. Enjoy!
