Mouthwatering Barbecue Roast Beef:

Ingredients:
3-4 pounds beef roast (such as chuck roast or round roast)
1 cup barbecue sauce (choose your favorite flavor)
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Beef:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
Pat the beef roast dry with paper towels. This helps the seasonings adhere better and promotes a better sear.
2. Season the Beef:
In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Rub the seasoning mixture all over the beef roast, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
3. Sear the Beef:
Heat a skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
Once the oil is hot, carefully place the seasoned beef roast in the skillet.
Sear each side of the roast until it forms a brown crust, approximately 3-4 minutes per side.
4. Make the Barbecue Sauce Mixture:
In a separate bowl, whisk together the barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce until well combined.
5. Roast the Beef:
Transfer the seared beef roast to a roasting pan or baking dish.
Pour the barbecue sauce mixture over the roast, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
Cover the roasting pan tightly with aluminum foil.

6. Slow Roast:
Place the covered roasting pan in the preheated oven.
Roast the beef for about 3-4 hours, or until the meat is tender and easily pulls apart with a fork. The exact cooking time will depend on the size and thickness of your roast.
7. Baste and Finish:
Every hour or so, baste the roast with the juices from the bottom of the pan to keep it moist and flavorful.
During the last 30 minutes of cooking, remove the foil to allow the surface of the roast to caramelize and develop a delicious crust.
8. Rest and Serve:
Once the roast is cooked to your liking, remove it from the oven and let it rest for about 10-15 minutes before slicing.
Slice the barbecue roast beef against the grain into thin slices.
Serve hot with additional barbecue sauce on the side, if desired.
