Donnie Wahlberg posts heartfelt message on Instagram, fans respond in kind


Donnie Wahlberg, a singer of the band New Kids on the Block (NKOTB) and star in Blue Bloods recently posted a poignant New Year message to his fans and they also replied emotionally. He said that he was looking forward to many things in the New Year including meeting his fans.

Donnie Wahlberg is a major star in Blue Bloods, a popular TV show with a stellar cast. He is a founding member of the group New Kids on the Block. He is also the brother of Mark Wahlberg

Donnie Wahlberg misses his fans and is known to have a close rapport with them. The 52-year old actor-singer posted a long and heartfelt message to them on New Year. He addressed them as “Dearest Blockheads” and said that he was praying for each and every one of them and their families and their friends.

Wahlberg also posted a photo of himself gazing at the sunset, while he was flying to an unknown destination. He added that he missed them terribly and that they would be together soon. He also said that his heart was with them, always.

Shows across Broadway and many other parts of the nation have been shut down after the emergence of the new variant on the block— the omicron. It is a highly transmissible variant of the coronavirus.

Entertainers in all fields are waiting to get back to live performances and more but have been held back due to the surge in COVID-19 cases. Meanwhile, like Donnie Wahlberg, they interact with their fans on different social media sites and platforms.
