Watch: Famous Tik Tok Influencers “The Hype House” Trash Hollywood Home with $ 600K in damages

The Gen Z group, “The Hype House” is a bunch of social media influencers who live together under one roof and post videos on social media all day. Famed TikTok influencers of The Hype House, Mia Hayward, Calvin Goldby, Patrick Huston, Daniel Fitzgerald Thomas Petrou, Cole Hudson, and Nicholos Austin signed a one-year contract in May 2020, according to the documents.

It was reported the home was being rented for 50K a month. If you watched “American Idol,” these social media influencers on TikTok were staying at the same Los Angeles home where the show’s finalists used to live.

Fitzgerald claims that when they left early, they damaged property to the tune of more than $600,000. Walls were trashed, the jacuzzi was damaged, broken glass all over the place and more.

Fitzgerald asserts that the Hype Houser’s agreed in writing to settle their dispute with him by paying $10K per month for 40 months, but they are defaulting on that agreement. They have only paid $2500 in January so far.

He claims in documents that they have only been making payments of $2,500 per month since January of last year, despite his notices to them to make up the difference. Fitzgerald is attempting to enforce the agreement’s requirement that the remaining sum be paid in full promptly by filing an additional lawsuit.
