It has been reported that thirteen current and former Fox employees are suing the media giant for racial discrimination.

“”When it comes to racial discrimination, 21st Century Fox has been operating as if it should be called 18th Century Fox,” said Douglas Wigdor, a lawyer for the plaintiffs.””

My understanding is that Hollywood is generally protected from race discrimination suits because of creative license. But would that apply to news readers?
