Jennifer Lawrence has given birth to her first child. TMZ reports that public records obtained on Wednesday showed that she gave birth in Los Angeles County. However, the name of the child, date of birth and the gender of the child has not been revealed. Last summer, there were rumors of her pregnancy. Photos of her in late December, before Christmas, showed her baby bump as she accompanied husband Cooke Maroney in New York City. Sources also told the outlet that there was a baby shower in January.
Several outlets have contacted Jennifer Lawrence’s representative for confirmation but have not received a response, as yet.
In November, when Jennifer Lawrence spoke to Vanity Fair she had said that her every instinct would be to protect the privacy of the lives of the children she was planning to have. The Oscar winner believed that they should not be a part of her work life. Fans are super excited.
Jennifer Lawrence was introduced to Cooke Maroney by mutual friend Laura Simpson around June 2018. The art gallery owner and the Hunger Games star hit it off instantly and she was seen sporting an engagement ring in February 2019.
In 2019 she candidly spoke of her relationship with Catt Sandler on her podcast NAKED With Catt Sandler. She said that she had just met Cooke and she wanted to marry him. She mentioned that both of them had wanted to commit fully and that that they were the best of friends. She also laughingly said that you “can’t leave” a person after you realize that the person is your “favorite person in the planet.”
In October 2019, Jennifer Lawrence married Cooke Maroney at the famous Belcourt of Newport mansion which is located in Rhode Island. The actress was 29 while the art gallery owner was 34. The ceremony that took place in the 19th century castle was reportedly attended by 150 guests.
Some of her famous friends who attended the Rhode Island wedding included British singer Adele, Kris Jenner and many other celebrities.
