Kim Kardashian is still irking neighbors with her building plans. This time around neighbor Sarah Key has filed an injunction against the Hidden Hills Community Association. Kim Kardashian lives in the community and reportedly wanted to build a special driveway that would give easy access to her home, to and from the gated community. Most of her family lives in this community.
TMZ got the legal documents which showed that Kim’s neighbor Sarah Key has filed for an injunction. This will stop Kim from building a driveway on a piece of land that belongs to Key. She also says that a trust, which she believes Kim is a part of, wants the driveway to be constructed. This would give the Kardashians easy access.
Although Kim has not started building the driveway, Key wants to stop construction before it begins. She says that a part of the driveway would be on land that is a part of her property. Key has filed the lawsuit against the Hidden Hills Community in order to prevent them from giving approval for construction of a driveway. TMZ mentioned that Kim would be “dreaming” if she thought that she could get approval from Key.
Kim has faced problems on her construction activities in the past, when the same neighbor Sarah Key had filed a lawsuit against Hidden Hill Community Association alleging that the reality star was building an underground vault.
Kim has been at odds with her neighbors due her her ambitious building plans in a natural and rustic location. Her neighbors believe that the natural resources in the area will be affected by the building.
However, Kim has plans to build various underground features such as parking and a guardhouse. She also plans to build a “wellness center” in this Southern California residence which is now worth $60 million. It was reportedly bought for $20 million on 2014.
