Mick Mulvaney President Donald Trump budget director said that Democrats had no choice but to approve the spending measure because Trump was elected and “Democrats lost.”
“A shutdown is never a desired end and neither is it a strategy,” Mick Mulvaney also said.
The GOP is demanding that Democrats approve money to pay for his border wall or risk a government shut down. A spending bill has to be passed by midnight next Friday.
