I just don’t understand how you take a three year old child to a Dentist and put them under general anesthesia for a procedure.
Will this ever be investigated and CRIMINAL charges pressed against the doctor. Sometimes is greed , you are willing to charge the insurance company and suggest this kind of surgery. We need to find out the facts and how much he was getting paid.
What kind of a doctor is this. People go to Jail in other countries for similar things!
