Celebrity singing sensation Taylor Swift went on tour after five long years. She made up for the absence with the Eras Tour with an uplifting first show that lasted for three hours and fifteen minutes, on Friday. It included 44 songs from 10 albums but the talented singer was unable to do justice to earlier albums as she concentrated on the newer ones, the ones of whose songs she had never performed live, on tour.

On the opening night of the tour at the State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, Taylor Swift began the show by telling her fans, “I can’t even go into how much I’ve missed you.” Her fans called Swifties have also been waiting for her to perform live for five years. Some of them have been disappointed too as Ticketmaster’s systems crashed due to the overwhelming demand and some of them missed getting tickets.
The multi-award winning, multi-record shattering celebrity singer performed in an extravagant set that was split into sections. Each section was designed for one of her albums. It traced her journey from a young rookie, extremely talented country singer to the musical sensation she is today!
Taylor Swift had several outfit changes including the following:
a diamond-encrusted leotard
a flowing red overcoat
a crop top and miniskirt
a shiny black minidress
a glamorous, glittering gown and more.
The set also had background dancers who changed costumes to include peacock feathers, minidresses and more.
