Los Angeles’ loss is Montecito’s gain as several A-listers are moving out of the City of Angels towards the quieter area of Montecito that offers a lot more. The tony seaside enclave in California has seen an influx of celebrities who have moved to affluent communities in this neighborhood. Comedian Larry David is the latest to buy a $5.7 million seaside property that is a few blocks away from the Pacific Ocean.
Larry David is known as the lead writer for “Seinfield” for several seasons. He has been a comedian, writer, actor, director and producer. A two-part mini series called “The Larry David Story” will premier on HBO and HBO Max on March 1. He is a part of “Curb Your Enthusiasm” from more than two decades on HBO, where he has been playing the role of an eccentric version of himself.

It has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. It has a built up area of 2,858 square feet. The live-in area has recently been renovated. The main living area has an open beam ceiling. There is also a small fireplace. Most of the rooms open out into a patio.
The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances. There is a butler’s pantry. The view from kitchen encompasses the garden which is filled the scent of citrus trees.
Montecito has become a popular seaside enclave for many celebrities as its residents are fairly laid back. They don’t disturb their famous neighbors by asking for autographs nor do they pitch their ideas to them. Stars can travel to local cafes and shops without being asked for autographs. They can also enjoy scenic surroundings and sea breeze from the Pacific Ocean, which is blocks away from most houses.
