Justin Faulk scored twice, including the overtime winner, as the visiting St. Louis Blues edged the Arizona Coyotes 5-4 Saturday in Glendale, Ariz.

The Blues blew a 4-1 third-period lead but won on Faulk’s goal 30 seconds into overtime to extend their point streak to 15 games.

Logan Brown, Ivan Barbashev and Brandon Saad also scored for the Blues (48-20-11, 107 points). Jordan Binnington made 16 saves to earn the victory.

The Blues pulled even with the Minnesota Wild for second place in the Central Division and the home-ice advantage in their first-round playoff series. But Minnesota has played one fewer game.

Nathan Smith, Bokondji Imama, Michael Carcone and J.J. Moser scored for the Coyotes (22-50-7, 51 points), who are winless in their last 10 games (0-8-2). Harri Sateri made 28 saves in defeat.

The Blues outshot the Coyotes 15-6 in the first period and took a 3-1 lead.

First Faulk took a pass from Nathan Walker and hammered a one-time shot from the left faceoff dot.

About 2 1/2 minutes later, the Blues pushed their lead to 2-0. Faulk’s slap shot from right point bled through Sateri, and Barbashev reached in to poke it in.

Saad made it 3-0 on the power play. After his cross-ice pass attempt was blocked, Saad regained the puck and backhanded it through Sateri.

The Coyotes cut the lead to 3-1 when Anton Stralman fired a wrist shot from the center point that caromed off Smith into the net.

But the Blues restored their three-goal margin less than three minutes into the second period after Dakota Joshua stole the puck and broke in alone. Sateri denied him, but Brown followed up with the rebound conversion.

The Coyotes started their third-period rally by scoring twice in 44 seconds.

Alex Galchenyuk stole the puck from Jordan Kyrou and set Imama for his first NHL goal. Then Carcone cut the lead to 4-3 by driving to the left post.

The Coyotes tied the game 4-4 with 4:42 left when Nick Schmaltz circled the net and set up Moser’s shot from the slot.
