First-place OpTic Texas improved to 5-0 in the Call of Duty League’s Major IV qualifying Saturday.

OpTic cruised past the Boston Breach 3-1 to remain unbeaten. In other action, the New York Subliners beat the London Royal Ravens 3-1, Vegas Legion beat the Florida Mutineers 3-1 while the Seattle Surge swept the Atlanta FaZe.

Major IV qualifying, which includes all 12 Call of Duty League teams, runs through Sunday, with each victory worth 10 CDL points.

OpTic Texas opened with a 250-193 win on Mercado Las Almas Hardpoin and 6-3 on Breenbergh Hotel Search and Destroy. The Breach took El Asilo Control 3-2 before Optic clinched on Breenbergh Hotel Hardpoint, 250-175.

The Legion (4-1) remained one game behind OpTic but had to rally to do it. The Mutineers took the first map, 250-229 on Mercado Las Almas Hardpoint. But the Legion took the next three maps to clinch – 6-5 on Breenbergh Hotel Search and Destroy, 3-2 on Himmelmatt Expo Control, and 250-247 on Embassy Hardpoint. The Mutineers remained winless.

The Surge breezed past the FaZe, opening with a 250-174 win on Zarqwa Hydroelectric Hardpoint. They clinched the match with a 6-4 win on Al Bagra Fortress Search and Destroy and 3-0 on El Asilo Control.

The Subliners opened with a 250-131 win on Embassy Hardpoint. The Royal Ravens responded with a 6-4 win on Al Bagra Fortress Search and Destroy. But the Subliners finished 3-1 on Breenbergh Hotel Control and 250-231 on Zarqwa Hydroelectric Hardpoint.

Qualifying action finishes Sunday with three matches:
Seattle Surge vs. Los Angeles Guerrillas
Minnesota Rokkr vs. Los Ángeles Thieves
New York Subliners vs. Boston Breach
