Different attitudes: Kanye defends violent video, Pete considers it ridiculous , Kim is furious

Rapper Kanye West posted a defense of his recent violent video Eazy on Instagram. The rapper had depicted a violence filled video with cartoon figures depicting him decapitating Pete Davidson, his ex-wife Km Kardashian’s boyfriend. The 44-year old captioned a photo of an animated church burning from the video and said that art was “therapy.”

Kanye proceeded to defend his artistic freedom by saying that art simplified and inspired the world. He concluded the argument by posting that “any suggestion otherwise about my art is false and mal intended.”

Fans, however, have different opinions. While some of his fans defended the subjectivity of art, they also said that there was a long history of him attacking both Kim and Pete after their relationship became public.

They also mentioned that calling it just “art” was an excuse as it had preceded by several earlier posts that could be termed as online harassment of his ex and her boyfriend.

Meanwhile, Kim Kardashian who was relieved that she was finally declared “single” by a judge in Los Angeles is reportedly furious. A source close to her told PEOPLE that she was upset with Kanye and she wanted him to stop the harassment.

The KUWTK star recently made sure that she added a like to a Twitter post about her boyfriend Pete. James Gunn, writer and director of “The Suicide Squad,” a movie in which Pete had acted posted this tweet: “For the record, Pete Davidson is one of the nicest, sweetest guys I know” and more.

Kim showed her appreciation by liking the post. She didn’t add more as she wants to keep her personal issues private, to the largest extent possible, as Kanye doesn’t seem to respect privacy or nor are his posts in good taste!

Comedian Pete Davidson was not at all worried about the violence depicted in Kanye’s Eazy video. Sources close to the American comedian told Entertainment Tonight that he found the fact that the rapper included a cartoon version of him “hysterical.” The source also said that the Saturday Night Live star was “almost flattered” by it all because it was “so ridiculous to him.
