FlyQuest kept their perfect record intact to start Week 4 action in the League Championship Series Spring Split on Wednesday.

FlyQuest (7-0) defeated the ninth-place Immortals (2-5). Evil Geniuses and 100 Thieves, who were among three teams tied for second place as the week began, squared off, with Evil Geniuses winning to improve to 5-2 and stay two games behind the leader. The third member of that group, Cloud9 (5-2), also won, keeping Dignitas winless in seven matches. 100 Thieves fell to 4-3.

In the day’s other matches, Counter Logic Gaming beat Team Liquid, leaving both teams at 3-4, and Golden Guardians knocked off TSM, with those teams also ending the day at 3-4.

All 10 teams in the top North American League of Legends circuit will play every other team twice through March 17. The first- through fourth-place teams will then head to the upper-bracket semifinals of the double-elimination playoffs. The fifth- and sixth-place teams will enter the playoffs in the lower bracket.

The winner and runner-up in the playoff final will earn berths in the Mid-Season Invitational along with other teams from LoL leagues worldwide. The LCS Spring Split carries a $200,000 prize pool, with the champion earning $100,000.

FlyQuest, who were playing on blue, won their match in 28 minutes. Lee “Prince” Chae-hwan of South Korea led the way with a kills/deaths/assists ratio of 6/1/5. Shane “Kenvi” Espinoza, a Filipino-American player, finished at 2/3/0 for Immortals.

Also playing on blue, Evil Geniuses needed 45 minutes to fend off 100 Thieves. Joseph “jojopyun” Pyun of Canada paced the winners at 6/4/4. Yiliang “Doublelift” Peng of the U.S. led 100 Thieves at 3/4/1.

Cloud9 played on red as they defeated Dignitas in 30 minutes. Kim “Berserker” Min-cheol of South Korea led the win at 7/0/5, while Lucas “Santorin” Larsen of Denmark finished at 2/2/4 for Dignitas.

Also competing on red, Counter Logic Gaming bested Liquid in 32 minutes. Fatih “Luger” Guven of Turkey put up a 6/1/3 for CLG. Sean “Yeon” Sung of the United States posted a 3/3/3 for Liquid.

The Golden Guardians completed their win in 33 minutes on red. Trevor “Stixxay” Hayes of the United States had a big match, finishing at 10/0/2 for the red-playing winners. Vietnamese-American player Toan “Neo” Tran (2/2/0) was the only one to have more than one kill for TSM.
