Luke Voit erased a two-run Arizona lead with a three-run homer off reliever Noe Ramirez in the sixth inning on Saturday night to lead the host San Diego Padres to a 4-3 victory over the Diamondbacks.

The Padres have won the first two games of the series and are 9-2 against the Diamondbacks this season.

Sean Manaea (5-4) gave up three runs on seven hits and two walks with three strikeouts in six innings to earn the win. Taylor Rogers earned his 26th save with two strikeouts in a perfect ninth.

Arizona built a 3-1 lead behind starting pitcher Tyler Gilbert through 5 1/2 innings.

The Diamondbacks scored first when Jordan Luplow hit a one-out double in the fourth and scored on Buddy Kennedy’s two-out triple. Arizona upped the lead to 3-0 in the fifth on Carson Kelly’s two-run homer, his fourth of the season.

The Padres, who were no-hit by the lefty Gilbert last season in his first major league start, got on the board in the bottom of the fifth when Trent Grisham singled with one out and came around when rookie Matthew Batten doubled for his first major league RBI.

Gilbert never retired a hitter in the sixth inning. Jake Cronenworth, who was added to the National League All-Star team earlier Saturday, opened the inning with a ground-rule double. Gilbert’s night ended after he walked Manny Machado.

Ramirez (2-3) came on and struck out Jorge Alfaro for the first out, but Voit then rocketed a low line drive (23 degrees at 110 mph) into the left field seats to put the Padres ahead 4-3.

Arizona threatened in the seventh, loading the bases with two out, but pinch hitter David Peralta line out to second baseman Batten.

In the eighth, the Diamondbacks hit back-to-back singles with one out, but Padres shortstop Ha-Seong Kim fielded a grounder at the second-base bag to start an inning-ending double play.

Gilbert allowed three runs on five hits and a walk with a strikeout in five-plus innings. Ramirez (2-3) took the loss.
