Shea Langeliers drew a full-count, walk-off walk with one out in the 10th inning Tuesday night, giving the Oakland Athletics their second extra-inning win in two days, a 2-1 decision over the visiting Los Angeles Angels.

One night after erasing a late deficit to force extra innings, the A’s watched the Angels rally in the ninth this time, only to see the home team prevail again one inning later.

After A.J. Puk (4-3) stranded the potential go-ahead run at third base in the top of the 10th, the A’s overcame Nick Allen’s baserunning miscue in the bottom of the inning.

Oakland attempted to sacrifice their automatic runner to third, and it appeared to have worked when pitcher Ryan Tepera (5-4) threw late to third base after fielding Tony Kemp’s bunt. However, Allen came off the base after reaching it safely and got tagged out for the first out.

The A’s went on to win anyway. Sean Murphy’s single sent Kemp to third. Seth Brown was intentionally walked in front of Langeliers, who was credited with the game-winning RBI.

Oakland was on the doorstep of a 1-0, regulation win before the Angels took advantage of throwing errors by left fielder Brown and pitcher Domingo Acevedo on a leadoff single in the ninth by Livan Soto, putting the potential tying run at third with no outs.

Matt Duffy followed with a single, leveling the game.

One inning earlier, Brown singled home Kemp with the only run of the game to that point.

Oakland’s Cole Irvin and the Angels’ Michael Lorenzen had matched zeros for six innings, leaving the outcome in the hands of the bullpens.

The A’s got to the Angels’ second pitcher, Andrew Wantz, after Kemp led off the eighth with a double. Murphy flied out before Brown, who had three RBIs in the series opener, singled to right field, sending Kemp home with the game’s first run.

Irvin limited the Angels to four hits without a walk in his six innings. He struck out five.

Lorenzen gave up three hits and three walks in his six innings while recording seven strikeouts.

Murphy had three singles and Kemp scored twice for the A’s (59-102), who won their third straight.

Mike Trout and Duffy had two hits apiece for the Angels (73-88), who out-hit the A’s 7-6.
