Nazem Kadri collected a goal and an assist while Noah Hanifin and Blake Coleman added third-period goals to lead the host Calgary Flames to a comeback 4-2 victory over the Nashville Predators on Tuesday.

Dillon Dube also scored for the Flames, who won consecutive games for the first time this season by finishing the contest with four unanswered goals. Calgary’s Jacob Markstrom made 16 saves, while defenseman Nick DeSimone and Yegor Sharangovich collected two assists apiece.

Michael McCarron and Kiefer Sherwood scored for the Predators, who led 2-0 after the first period. Nashville’s Juuse Saros stopped 35 shots.

With the Flames down by two goals despite a dominant first period, Dube finally put the hosts on the board with 4:54 remaining in the second period. He found the mark with a one-timer from the left circle for his second of the campaign.

Hanifin tied the game at 4:45 of the third period. While his team was buzzing in the offensive zone, Hanifin jumped on the ice on a change, was sent the puck just inside the blue line and buried his second of the season.

Coleman put Calgary ahead 99 seconds later. He was fed a pass at full speed for a two-on-rush and buried a top-shelf shot for his third of the season.

Any comeback hopes were snuffed when Kadri rounded out the scoring with an empty-net goal, his second tally of the campaign.

Although they were outshot by a 17-6 margin in the opening frame, the Predators claimed the lead by twice taking advantage of their opportunities.

McCarron opened the scoring at 4:35. He was set up at the doorstep and redirected a great touch pass from Liam Foudy for his first of the season.

Sherwood doubled the lead 10 minutes later when a bounding puck eluded both Calgary defensemen at the Nashville blue line, leading to a two-on-zero breakaway that was converted for Sherwood’s third of the season.
