Tiare Jennings and Kinzie Hansen each hit home runs as top-seeded Oklahoma rolled to a 9-0 mercy-rule victory over No. 4 Tennessee on Saturday to extend its winning streak to 50 games and advance to the semifinals of the Women’s College World Series at Oklahoma City.

Four pitchers combined to allow one hit in the five-inning game for Oklahoma (58-1), which extended its Division I record winning streak with ease.

Sooners starter Jordy Bahl gave up one hit over 3 2/3 innings with three strikeouts, while Alex Storako, Kierston Deal and Nicole May combined with 1 1/3 innings of hitless relief. Oklahoma pitchers have yet to give up a run in the WCWS after a 2-0 victory over No. 9 Stanford on Thursday.

Jennings hit a three-run home run in the second inning to give Oklahoma a 3-0 lead and the Sooners never were threatened. Hansen highlighted a six-run third inning with a two-run home run. Volunteers starter Karlyn Pickens gave up three runs on three hits with three walks in 1 2/3 innings.

Oklahoma will play in the early semifinal game on Monday against either Stanford or No. 7 Washington, which lost 3-1 to No. 3 Florida State on Saturday night. The winner of that game will advance to Monday’s other semifinal.

Tennessee (50-9) will face No. 6 Oklahoma State in an elimination game Sunday.
