Here is a bold move from over-the-top video streaming service Peacock, who is teaming up with Telemundo for a new reality dating experiment on television.
The reality series LOVE FOR THE AGES, hosted by Adrienne Bailon, focuses on three middle-aged, long-term couples, each of whom is at a crossroads in their relationship. The show will debut exclusively on Peacock on Thursday, December 15, with four additional episodes available on Thursday, December 22.
In the reality show, three middle-aged LA-tino couples are granted the wish of a lifetime. All are all at emotional crossroads in their marriages.
The public is intrigued about what will they do if they have the opportunity to go back in time and swap their current partners for someone much younger for a whole month of real-life change. Yes, husbands and wives are vested with the opportunity to date and live with younger people — people in their twenties for a month. Many fans are super excited.
They will then decide whether they want to reunite with their spouse or move on to greener pastures at the end of the experience.
Some couples see the show, which is produced by the same people who brought Love Is Blind, Married at First Sight, and Wife Swap, as an exciting opportunity to rekindle the passion in their relationships. Others, however, are concerned about the threat the 12 sexy singles pose to their marriages, as the preview shows contestants kissing other people, arguing, and going on dates with the singles, some of whom are as young as 23 years of age.
