Toronto Raptors forward Precious Achiuwa has partially torn ligaments in his right ankle and will be sidelined indefinitely.

The team said Thursday that Achiuwa will wear a walking boot for the next 10 days.

The 23-year-old Achiuwa is averaging 8.8 points, 7.0 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 20.4 minutes in 12 games this season.

He is in his third NBA season — second in Toronto — and has career averages of 7.3 points, 5.2 rebounds and 0.9 assists in 146 games (32 starts).
