Alphabet’s YouTube channel Dude Perfect scored big after a private investor based in New York agreed to give the Texas-based channel a nine-figure investment. Although the exact amount remains unknown, the YouTube channel became popular for its basketball trick shots, including Slam Dunk.
Dude Perfect has received a massive investment of between $100 million and $300 million from private investment firm Highmount Capital. The funds will expand the channel beyond creator roles, and the brand will also reach brick-and-mortar stores.
The channel has been named as Dude Perfect 2.0. Plans include opening a retail store and launching a streaming platform. Other plans include introducing toys and games in Walmart, the nation’s largest retailer. One more future project envisioned by the dudes is a theme park to the tune of $100 million.

Highland Capital CEO Jason Illian described Dude Perfect as a “media juggernaut at the intersection of sports and comedy” and spoke of long-term ” 9-figure” investments in the brand.
