Top-seeded Iga Swiatek and No. 2 Aryna Sabalenka will meet in Sunday’s final at the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix in Stuttgart, Germany.

It’s a rematch of the 2022 final, when Swiatek stormed to a 6-2, 6-2 victory. She is looking to become the event’s first repeat champion since Germany’s Angelique Kerber in 2015-16.

World No. 1 Swiatek of Poland was leading her semifinal match 3-0 on Saturday when third-seeded Ons Jabeur of Turkey retired due to a left calf injury.

World No. 2 Sabalenka of Belarus defeated unseeded Russian Anastasia Potapova 6-1, 6-2 in just 58 minutes to reach the final of the WTA 500 event for the third straight year. Sabalenka saved all three break points she faced on the indoor clay.
