New Orleans Pelicans star Zion Williamson is day-to-day with an injury to his left middle finger.

Coach Willie Green confirmed on Thursday that the forward’s X-rays and scans came back clean.

Williamson, 23, was unavailable for the closing minutes in Wednesday’s 117-108 loss to the Orlando Magic.

The 2019 No. 1 overall pick is averaging 22.8 points, 5.8 rebounds and 5.0 assists in 65 games (all starts).

The Pelicans (45-31) entered Thursday as the No. 7 seed in the Western Conference with six games remaining.

New Orleans returns to action Friday night against the visiting San Antonio Spurs.
