The Seattle Sea Dragons came out victorious in a back-and-forth battle, beating the host Orlando Guardians 26-19 on Saturday afternoon.

After finishing the third quarter up by only one point, the Sea Dragons (4-2) managed to take control in the fourth quarter, thanks to Dominik Eberle’s 27-yard field goal and a blocked punt by Alijah Holder that led to Juwan Green’s scoring touchdown with six minutes left.

The Guardians were only able to come up with a 50-yard field goal from Jose Borregales in the fourth, leaving them winless (0-6) on the season.

Seattle quarterback Ben DiNucci, the league’s leading passer, completed 18 of 35 passes for 177 yards, averaging 5.1 yards per attempt. He threw two touchdown passes and one interception.

Guardians running back Devin Darrington rushed for 82 yards and two touchdowns on seven carries and Jah-Maine Martin contributed 37 yards on 10 carries.

Orlando quarterback Quinten Dormady completed 24 of 44 passes for 243 yards but failed to secure a touchdown pass.

Battlehawks 29, Vipers 6

A. J. McCarron threw for 236 yards and three touchdowns to lead visiting St. Louis to an easy victory over Vegas.

Darrius Shepherd caught two touchdown passes and Kareem Walker rushed for another for the Battlehawks (4-2).

Luis Perez threw two interceptions for the Vipers (1-5). Brett Hundley threw a touchdown pass to John Lovett for the Vipers’ only score.
