Canada becomes first nation to declare the Proud Boys a terrorist organization
The Canadian government added the Proud Boys extremist group with ties to white nationalism, to the list of terrorist organizations to its country.
Only if the member of the group works to engage in a violent act with a fake terrorism charges. Being a member of the organization will not mean they will be charged with a crime

The announcement comes a little more than a week after Canada’s House of Commons unanimously passed a motion calling for the government “use all available tools to address the proliferation of white supremacists and NEO – Nazi hate groups starting with designating the Proud Boys as a terrorist entity,” Global News reported.
