Instructions:
- Prepare the Chicken Cutlets:

- Add another tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat in the same skillet used for cooking the chicken. Add minced garlic, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth—season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Assemble:
