Facebook Safety Check London Bridge Attack – CWEB.com

Theresa May finally announcing a plan for the UK to deal with this problem. She elaborates on 4 key points in this article from the CBC. While this announcement is a helluva lot better than any response thus far, I personally am quite concerned and have my doubts surrounding point #1, a coalition of governments to regulate the internet.

And It wouldn’t be the 1st time governments have used a tragedy to strip away freedoms. If they use this event to regulate Facebook and the http:, html5 “normal” internet and claim it’s for our own safety so they can catch terrorists, they are lying, plain and simple.

Most of the dirty terrorists are coming from countries that we support and have a good relationship with?
