The Pinellas County Jail

Robert Dell, a pastor in Florida ran a program for drug recovery in St. Petersburg Florida. However, the program called The Rock Community Church and Transformation Center was not the only program he ran. He also ran a side hustle that was built on stolen goods. He has been accused of amassing millions of dollars as he sold items online. His associates stole the items from Home Depot.

Last month, the Attorney General’s office in Florida provided some details of his organized retail theft operations. The Pinellas County preacher used to run a halfway house for recovering drug addicts. He used his position to threaten as well as to manipulate two co-conspirators to steal merchandise from Home Depot.

The press release noted that Dell’s associates stole goods from Home Depot, five to six times each day. This merchandise was then sold online. The name of the account on eBay was called “Anointed Liquidator.”

The 57-year-old pastor was not the only one to be identified and charged for retail theft. Other co-conspirators had been identified and charged and included his family members such as his mother and wife.

The press release said that co-conspirators Daniel Mace and Jessica Wilde stole a large part of the merchandise. They delivered it to the pastor’s house to be sold under the store name “Anointed Liquidator.”

According to Home Depot, the former pastor Dell might have conducted this retail theft scheme for close to a decade. The home improvement store might have lost up to $5 million to Dell and his associates.

The press release detailed the charges that Pastor Dell is facing and they include “charges of racketeering, conspiracy to commit racketeering and dealing in stolen property as an organizer.” All these charges are felonies.
