Oppenheimer analysts upgraded Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ:NFLX) to Outperform from Perform with a price target of $325. According to the analysts, ad-tier launch should accelerate subscriber growth, drive ARPU, and slow churn. The company is in a unique position to aggregate large audiences and control the timing of series launches for top-tier advertisers, commanding high CPMs.
In 2025, the analysts forecast global advertising revenue of $4.6 billion, driving total revenue to $42.4 billion, with 282 million total subscribers, both 3% and 6% above Street estimates, as most analysts have not updated models.
