More sad news today , with reports coming in of the death of great character actor Powers Boothe . Always one to add a bit of class to whatever role he played , he was a favourite of mine since the early 80’s when I saw him in Walter Hill’s ( criminally underrated ) “Southern Comfort ” . So far 2017 is shaping up to be as shitty as 2016 . R.I.P Big Man .
