Celebrity Andrew Tate, the imprisoned influencer, has allegedly been caught admitting to the recent allegations leveled against him. While Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate are detained in Romania as part of a human trafficking and rape investigation, a wiretap of Andrew discussing his illegal activities has reportedly been released.
Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan were arrested for sex trafficking and organized crime. They would allegedly force women into creating sexual content to be sold online. Text message transcripts obtained by Romanian media reveal how the Tates allegedly controlled and threatened the women they allegedly held captive.

According to prosecutors’ WhatsApp messages, Andrew Tate refused to let women leave his compound unless they were escorted by one of his employees. The messages were included in the file prepared against the Tates by DIICOT, Romania’s organized crime investigation unit. The transcripts were allegedly obtained from a WhatsApp group that included Tate, his lieutenants, and some of his alleged victims.
The messages are said to be from women whom the duo coerced into creating online sexual content. In one exchange published by Romanian news outlet Gandul, a “young woman” begs Tate to let her go. Tate allegedly told her she could not leave the house without one of his “trusted” employees. Other messages in the document show Andrew Tate bragging about being the operation’s leader in Romania. He reportedly said that he had “Tristan and Georgiana [Naghel]” in the business, but he leads them.
Naghel, who was arrested alongside him and Tristan, was reportedly one of Tate’s “angels.” Transcripts also allegedly show Naghel threatening one of the women, according to Romania TV. Another transcript contains messages from one more of Tate’s arrested “angel,” Luana Radu. She appears to chastise one of the victims for complaining about being too tired to work.
The Tate brothers are being held in a Romanian jail cell until the end of January after prosecutors announced they would be held for 30 days. In a court appearance tomorrow, they will also appeal the seizure of some of their belongings, including 11 flash cars, reports say. They will also appear in a Bucharest court to have their appeals against a judge’s decision to extend their arrest warrants to 30 days heard.

The controversial Tate rose to prominence following a brief appearance on Big Brother. He was fired from the reality show after an alleged video of him assaulting a woman surfaced online.
The Washington, DC-born celebrity influencer, was accused of spreading hatred toward women as he rose through the ranks. The influencer was banned from Twitter for violating its terms of service with his controversial comments, only to be reinstated after Elon Musk took over the company.
