Dwayne The Rock Johnson stood against the backdrop of a gym as he remembered the pro-wrestler of yesteryear whom he described as a legend. He thanked Caryl for putting up with all his behavior as an 8-year-old when she used to babysit him.
He also spoke of the Iron Sheikh’s influence in his wrestling career and the advice he gave to a young Dwayne Johnston and also mentioned how he borrowed the word Jabroni from him when he became famous. He extended his deep condolences to the entire family.

The Rock posted a caption along with his reel on social media. It reads: “Rest in Power, Iron Sheik aka Uncle Sheiky Baby” followed by a red heart emoji. He also thanked him for “paving the way” and added a folded hands emoji. He ended the caption with the following words: “Love, light and strength to Caryl & the ohana.”
On Wednesday, 81-year-old Hossein Khosrow Ali Vaziri, also known as the Iron Sheik passed away. Dwayne the Rock Johnson posted a fitting tribute to the wrestling legend. Many other celebrity stars from the wrestling world also paid tribute to the popular wrestler Iron Sheik. So did those who worked with him in music videos and comedy movies.
