Six-time champion Novak Djokovic and home-court favorite Jannik Sinner are in the same group for the Nitto ATP Finals.

Djokovic is the No. 1 overall seed for the year-end tournament that begins Sunday in Turin, Italy.

Joining the Serbian star in the Green Group for round-robin play are the fourth-seeded Sinner, No. 6 Stefanos Tsitsipas of Greece and No. 8 Holger Rune of Denmark.

The Red Group for the singles competition features No. 2 seed Carlos Alcaraz of Spain, No. 3 Daniil Medvedev and No. 5 Andrey Rublev of Russia, and No. 7 Alexander Zverev of Germany.

Djokovic defeated Norway’s Casper Ruud in the 2022 final. He also won in 2008, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015.

Other previous winners in the field are Zverev (2018, 2021), Medvedev (2020) and Tsitsipas (2019).

Action begins Sunday in the Green Group with Sinner facing Tsitsipas and Djokovic taking on Rune. Monday’s opening matches in the Red Group will see Alcaraz against Zverev and Rublev meeting Medvedev.
