Celebrity Angelina Jolie has graced the cover of a popular magazine and has gone candid in an interview for the cover story. The 48-year-old celebrity spoke about how having children saved her and more. She also spoke of wanting to “live for them” and more. The actor, director and former UN Refugee Agency Goodwill Ambassador and Special Envoy is opening Atelier Jolie in November.
In a cover story for Vogue magazine the celebrity actor opened up on motherhood and on how her children saved her when she was going through a dark phase. She was alluding to her 2016 divorce from celebrity actor Brad Pitt. They had a long-drawn battle and are still at loggerheads, on and off.
She told the outlet that she was 26 when she “became a mother” and it changed her entire life. She also said “Having children saved me— and taught me to be in this world differently.” She said that the children laugh at her at times. She also said that they’re better than her and they have taken over “many different aspects” of their family.
Oscar winner Angelina Jolie is a single parent and said that she felt vulnerable after she “went through something where I was hurt.” She said that she was “in transition as a person” and that she did “less film work” seven years ago and that they (she and her kids) had “a lot of healing to do” and that they were “still finding their footing.”
Celebrity Angelina Jolie also said that she was “hoping to change many aspects” of her life and that this was “the forward-facing one.”
Celebrity stars Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt announced that they were getting divorced in 2016. They were together for 12 years and share 6 children.

According to Vogue, celebrity Angelina Jolie also said that her new fashion venture Atelier Jolie would be a collaborative space where there would be a cultural space meeting with a design workshop. The workshop would combine tailoring and upcyling services. There would be a gallery space to display the works of local artisans and also a café that would be run together with the help of refugee organizations.
Angelina Jolie’s son Pax and daughter Zahara are deeply involved in setting up Atelier Jolie. She calls it “a project for the entire family.”
