Celebrity reality star and model Kendall Jenner and NBA star player Devin Booker have broken up, according to reports by multiple outlets. The star of the Hulu show The Kardashians was allegedly not on the same page as the basketball player. The 26-year model and her boyfriend were on different paths and were splitting after being together for two years.
Entertainment Weekly reported that a source told them that Kendall felt that she and Devin were “on different paths.” Another source said that the celebrity couple discussed their future plans and realized that they were “not on the same page.”
Although the model and the basketball player kept their relationship most private, they did share some of it in public. They were together at Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker’s glamorous wedding, in Italy, this May.
In March, the celebrity couple double dated with another celebrity couple Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber. Both the couples had dinner at Giorgio Baldi, which is a celeb hotspot and an Italian eatery in Santa Monica, California. Kendall and Devin had walked out hand-in-hand past photographers.
On Wednesday, a source, who is close to Kendall, told E! News that the celebrity couple had recently hit a “rough patch” and they had split up about 10 days ago. The insider said that the model and the Phoenix Suns shooting guard had a “really nice time in Italy.”
When Kendall and Devin returned they realized that they “weren’t aligned” and that they had “very different lifestyles.”
The source added that The Kardashians reality star told Devin that she “wanted space and time apart.” However, the source reaffirmed that the couple had been in touch with each other and they still cared for each other.
The insider also said that their breakup might not be permanent. Both Kendall and Devin were hoping to make their relationship work, although “as of now, they are split.”
Representatives of both Kendall Jenner and Devin Booker declined to comment when asked for confirmation about the split.
