Celebrity Sean Combs, popularly known as Diddy, is facing a lawsuit from a third accuser, who also names celebrity singer-songwriter Aaron Hall, according to a popular outlet. The third lawsuit filed by Jane Doe in New York says that both the celebrity singers took turns as they raped her and a friend. Earlier former longtime girlfriend and celebrity singer Cassie, who filed the first lawsuit against Diddy reached a settlement with Diddy the next day after she sued him.

Rolling Stone was the first to report the news of the third accuser and said that it had obtained the filing submitted by an anonymous woman. Jane Doe’s lawsuit alleges that the sexual assault by Combs and Hall reportedly took place in the early 1990s following an event that was hosted by MCA Records, which is the distributor of Uptown Records.

According to the outlet the filing says that both celebrity stars Combs and Hall had been “very flirtatious and handsy” with both Jane Doe and her friend. They were offered drinks throughout the night and were invited to an afterparty at celebrity singer Aaron Hall’s apartment.

Jane Doe’s filing said that she had been offered more drinks and had been “coerced into having sex with Combs.” After he left her “shocked and traumatized” Hall reportedly entered into the room “pinned her down” and forced her to have sex with him.

Jane Doe reportedly dressed up quickly and ran away from the apartment. She later spoke to her friend, who said that both Combs and Hall had also forced her to have sex with them in another room.

A couple of days later, Sean Combs visited Jane Doe. According to the outlet, the celebrity rapper “was irate and began assaulting and choking Jane Doe to the point that she passed out.”

The filing reports that Combs had also been searching for Jane Doe’s friend as he was worried that they would tell the girl he was with what both “he and Halls had done to them.”

Jane Doe filed the lawsuit in New York County Supreme Court before the expiry of the Adult Survivors Act after Thanksgiving. It names Sean Combs, Aaron Hall, MCA Music Entertainment, and Geffen Records as defendants.

None of the representatives of the defendants have responded when asked for comment.

A student from Syracuse University had earlier filed a second lawsuit. Joi Dickerson-Neal, who alleges sexual assault and revenge porn by Sean Combs. She has appeared in a few video clips with rapper Diddy. The suit detailed the alleged assault by Sean Combs and also said that the abuse suit filed by celebrity Cassie Ventura “forced her to face his assault again.”
