Former Fox News host Tucker Carlson is debuting his own streaming service and made the announcement on a popular podcast and radio show. Once considered the most popular host on the Fox network, Carlson was abruptly fired days after the network settled a multimillion-dollar lawsuit by Dominion Voting Systems for its coverage of the U.S. elections in 2020. Tucker Carlson began posting on the platform X and will now be posting paid and free content on his own streaming site.

The former Fox host announced on the Megyn Kelly Show on Monday. She is also a former Fox Network employee who is now an independent broadcaster with a podcast and radio show.

The newly launched streaming service went live on Monday. It is called the Tucker Carlson Network. It will stream multiple shows, such as interviews, monologues, videos, and more. It is also called TCN and has a yearly paid subscription of $72.

The CEO of the new site is Neil Patel. Both Carlson and Patel were college roommates and launched the Daily Caller website in 2010. Former executive producer Justin Wells, who was also fired along with Carlson in April, will be in charge of the content and programming.

Tucker Carlson was launched on Elon Musk’s platform X and hosted interviews with popular conservative personalities. He said that he launched his own site as the platform X formerly called Twitter did not have enough capacity for him to build his own network.

Carlson’s new network has a paid subscription fee for those who require exclusive and other services. However, there will be some content and events that can be accessed without a paid subscription. He also said that he would continue to post material on X that would be branded under his network.

Fox Network has not as yet commented on the new launch by their former employee Tucker Carlson.
