When police examined accused murderer Bryan Kohberger’s phone, it discovered numerous images of one of the female victims. According to sources, the 28-year-old criminal justice major had “more than one” picture of a victim from the group of four students who were stabbed to death on November 13, last year.
The news was reported by PEOPLE, who cited a source familiar with the issue.
The girl’s identity was not disclosed, and Moscow Police have not yet provided an explanation for the heinous crime.

It is not known whether Kohberger took the pictures on the device himself or whether they were obtained from her social media accounts, as well as whether they were taken before or after the quadruple-slaying. On November 13 of last year, he is suspected of killing Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle, and Ethan Chapin.
Investigators have been tight-lipped on the possible reason behind the killings, but they did admit in an affidavit that he had been to the Moscow home’s neighborhood “several times.” Even after committing the quadruple homicide, police think he went back to the scene at 9 am on November 13 to finish the job. He was accused of committing four murders and one criminal burglary.

On December 30, Kohberger was taken into custody at his Pennsylvania home.
He willingly consented to return to Idaho to face the charges against him when he waived his extradition from that state.
The news of his alleged camera roll evidence surfaced soon after a New York Times article reported that Kohberger was relieved from his teaching assistant because he allegedly behaved inappropriately with female students. Kohberger has not entered a guilty plea yet. His next hearing is reportedly scheduled for June 26.
